A memorial service for Glen Edward Haywood, 33, of Donalsonville, Ga., will be held on Thursday, July 2, at 4 p.m. in the Chapel of Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Born in Atlanta, Ga., on Sept. 21, 1975, Mr. Haywood died Sunday, June 28, 2009, at his residence. He attended Reynoldsville Church of God and worked as a carpenter.

Mr. Haywood was preceded in death by a brother, George Edward Haywood III.

Survivors include his parents, George Edward and Linda Toney Haywood of Donalsonville, Ga.; his paternal grandmother, Mary Haywood of Atlanta, Ga.; his wife, Julie D. Haywood of Donalsonville; two daughters, Kimberly Haywood and Sabrina Weese both of Donalsonville; a brother, Charlie Haywood of Donalsonville; three sisters, Tara Hall of Riverdale, Ga., Shavigny “Shakey” Haywood of Donalsonville and Gwen Pagano of Union City, Ga.; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Evans-Skipper Funeral Home in Donalsonville is in charge of the arrangements.
