A memorial service for Rachel Lenora Williams Funck, 62, of Bainbridge, will be held Friday, June 19, at 11 a.m. at First United Pentecostal Church with the Revs. Russell Hardesty and Carroll Pruitt officiating.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Born Oct., 25, 1946, in Moultrie, Ga., Mrs. Funck died on Saturday, June 13, 2009, at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, Ga.

Mrs. Funck was a member of the First United Pentecostal Church in Bainbridge. She worked for Georgia Industries for the Blind as a packer; she also worked as a certified nurse assistant in both Whigham and Bainbridge.

Survivors include her mother, Emma Holloway Williams of Bainbridge; her husband, Ronald David Funck of Bainbridge; three sons, Billy Jansen of Thomasville, Bobby Jansen of Sycamore, Ga., and Roy Jansen of Moultrie, Ga.; one sister, Audrey Weeks of Moultrie; four brothers, Felton Williams of Charlottesville, Va.; Henry Wondell Williams of Jackson, Miss., Dake Williams and Kenneth Williams, both of Bainbridge; and one grandchild.

Cox-Ware Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
