Funeral services for Charles Green Ryals Sr., 80, of Bainbridge, will be held Saturday, May 16, at 2 p.m. at Grace Community Baptist Church, located at 2059 Booster Club Road in Chattahoochee, Fla., with the Rev. Bill McCamon officiating.

Interment will follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, located off U.S. 90 East of Chattahoochee, Fla. Visitation will be held one and a half hours before the funeral.

Born July 20, 1928, Mr. Ryals died on Thursday, May 14, at Tallahassee (Fla.) Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Ryals was a native of Dellwood, Fla., but had lived near Lake Seminole all of his life. He was a retired automobile salesman. He loved to hunt and fish.

Preceding him in death was his son, Charles Green Ryals Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Audrey E. Ryals of Bainbridge; a daughter, Priscilla Ryals of Marianna, Fla.; two sons, John Ryals of Bainbridge and Donnie Ryals of Crawfordville, Fla.; a sister, Gladys Johnson of Chipley, Fla.; a brother, Macky Thompson of Chattahoochee; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other extended family.

Lanier-Andler Funeral Home in Sneads, Fla., is in charge of funeral arrangements.
