Funeral services for Tina Reba Owens Jones, 85, of Donalsonville, Ga., will be Saturday, Dec. 6, at 2 p.m. at Hebrew Free Will Baptist Church in Donalsonville with the Rev. Andy Merritt officiating.

Internment will be at Hebrew Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery following the service. Active pallbearers are Donald Parker, Derick Gibson, Arthur Glass, Wayne Pinegar, Bubba Smith, Adam Young, Travis Parker, Shawn Nelson, Charles Burke and Jeff Smith.

Born on Sept. 21, 1923, in Seminole County, Ga., Mrs. Jones died on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2008, at her residence.

She worked for many years as a telephone operator, and she was a member of Hebrew Free Will Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard V. Jones; a brother, Louie Owens; a sister, Thelma Owens Odom and two sons, Madison J. Parker and Robert Pat Parker.

She is survived by a son, Charles Roy Parker, a daughter, Dixie Parker Daniels; a sister, Jeanette Owens Moulton of Florida; 11 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
