Downtown Coffee break Friday

Main Street Manager Dit Albritton says the response for the Downtown Coffee Break scheduled for this Friday, Sept. 10, at 9 a.m. in the Callahan Room of the Firehouse Gallery has been good, but there is still room available, and time to call in reservations.
This is the second year the City of Bainbridge has sponsored the event. The first Coffee break last year honored Mary Cox, local artist who has so graciously penned the drawings for the annual Christmas ornaments each year.
The event this year is described by Albritton as a goodwill gesture for downtown businesses and offices—a chance to fellowship together and enjoy coffee donated by The Bean, cinnamon rolls from Isaacs, “healtful” mini-muffins from Curves owner Lucy Yeats, donuts, and light refreshments.
“It is business-before-hours,” for the downtown merchants and businesses, explained Albritton.
Call 248-2000, Ext. 119, if planning to attend.
