Funeral services for Rebecca Jill Hatcher, 37, of Brinson, will be held on Saturday, Aug. 14, at 2 p.m. at Iron City Baptist Church with the Revs. Gary Aslin and Robert Chancey officiating.

Interment will follow in the cemetery of Corinth Free Will Baptist Church in Iron City with Hank Bagwell, Michael Powell, Thomas Sanders, Chris Sanders, Scott Spooner and Drew Bloodworth serving as active pallbearers.

Born June 14, 1973, in Bainbridge, Ms. Hatcher died Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2010, at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, Ala.

Ms. Hatcher was a member of Iron City Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her father; James L. Hatcher and his wife, Sue, of Perry, Fla.; her mother, Norma Rentz and her husband, Don, of Brinson; a brother, Jeff Hatcher of Brinson; sisters; Jana Powell and Alison Rentz, both of Brinson, Amy Bagwell of Iron City, Ga., and Linnie Sue Devane of Texas; her maternal grandmother, Lucille Sanders of Iron City; and several nieces and nephews.
