Funeral services for Marguerite Williams, 72, of Bainbridge, were held Saturday, June 12, at Mount Tabor M.B. Church with Pastor Joe L. Sweet Jr., officiating.

She was interred at Mount Tabor Church Cemetery with friends of the family serving as pallbearers.

Born June 7, 1938, in Decatur County, Miss Williams died June 7, 2010, at Bainbridge Health Care.

She attended Missouriville and Hutto schools, and was a long-time member of the Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include one brother, Berry Williams and wife, Ruth, of Jacksonville, Fla.; one devoted sister-in-law, Rosa Lee Williams of Bainbridge; a special niece, Nichole Williams of Bainbridge, and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Guyton Brothers Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
