A private family memorial service will be held later for Mrs. Myrl L. Miller Capello, 69, of Bainbridge.

Born Feb. 27, 1941, in Lebanon, Pa., Mrs. Capello died on Sunday, June 6, 2010, at Bainbridge Memorial Manor.

Mrs. Capello was employed as a legal secretary for the Steiner and Sandoe Attorneys in Pennsylvania. She had lived in Decatur County for the past 14 years after moving here from Pennsylvania. She was an active member of the First Presbyterian Church. She loved her family and grandchildren and enjoyed playing the organ, reading, crocheting and knitting.

Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Carl C. Capello of Bainbridge; a daughter, Jamie McCann of Lebanon, Pa.; a grandson, Edward McCann Jr., and five great-grandchildren.

Cox-Ware Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
