Funeral servicea for Colleen Bazzell Morris, 81, of Bainbridge will be held on Thursday, June 3, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Ivey Funeral Home with Danny Shepard and the Rev. Gwan Garrison officiating.

Interment will follow at Oak City Cemetery.

Born Jan. 21, 1929, in Arcadia, Fla., Mrs. Morris died on Tuesday, June 1, 2010, at Bainbridge Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Morris was a homemaker, a graduate of Bainbridge High School, Class of 1947, and a member of First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Adrian S. Bazzell, and her sister, Wyleen B. Charles.

Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Edward “Bub” Morris of Bainbridge; and her daughters, Nancy M. Shattles of Donalsonville and Susan M. Boyd of Bainbridge.

Ivey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
