Funeral services for Cassie Elaine Jeffery, 43, will be held Saturday, May 15, at 2 p.m. at Smith Grove Missionary Baptist Church in the Amsterdam community of Decatur County with the Revs. Anthony Miller and Levi Kelly officiating.

Interment will follow in Conyers Cemetery in Climax with Terrance Feaster, Anthony Horne, Tyrone Horne and Willie Holland serving as active pallbearers.

Born Dec. 19, 1966, in Decatur County, Ms. Jeffery died on Sunday, May 9, 2010, at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, Ga.

Ms. Jeffery was a member of Smith Grove M.B. Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny C. Harris.

Survivors include her mother, Nettie M. Harris; her son, Terrance Terrell Harris; her daughter, Ninti Aglimiyah Jeffery; seven brothers, Freddie L. Harris of Griffin, Ga., Donnie L. Harris and Willie Ray Harris, both of St. Petersburg, Fla., Joe L. Harris, Steve L. Harris and Kenneth L. Harris, all of Attapulgus; five sisters, Johnnie M. Enos of LaGrange, Ga., Lucille Hornoe, Brenda Flower, Nettie Michelle Holland and Shunda L. Harris, all of Attapulgus; a devoted friend, Walter Anderson of Attapulgus; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Melton Mortuary in Attapulgus is in charge of arrangements.
