A meeting to clarify flood maps, flood ordinances and insurance will be held Thursday, Oct. 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Seminole County Middle\ High School Cafeteria. Collis Brown, program manager of flood plain management with FEMA, will be present to answer  questions from residents of Early, Decatur, Miller and Seminole counties. All local officials should bring flood maps and flood ordinances.
