The honors keep coming for University of Arkansas Razorbacks senior defensive tackle and former Bainbridge High School Bearcat Malcolm Sheppard.

After being named a team captain by Razorbacks head coach Bobby Patrino last week, the 6-foot-2, 290-pound former Bearcat and son of Ricky and Evelyn Sheppard of Bainbridge was selected this week to the All-Southeastern Conference (SEC) second team by the conference coaches.

Sheppard, the Razorbacks 2008 defensive player of the year, led all SEC defensive linemen with 7.5 sacks last season.
