The Calvary Lions Club and Southern Trading and Pawn teams won the A and B flight championships at last Saturday’s 10th annual Bainbridge Lions Club Skeet Shoot for Sight at Sharber Range.
Members of the A flight champion Calvary Lions Club team were Carl Collins, Chris Riles, Terry Collins and Terrance Collins.
The B flight champion Southern Trading and Pawn team was made up of Keenan Adams, Andy Jeter, Sutton Reece and Bryce Harrell.
High-point shooters were Lyle Boyett in the A flight and Paxton Poitevint in the B flight.
Proceeds from the annual skeet shoot enable the Lions Club to provide glasses, hearing aids and optical operations to needy individuals.
Lions Club President Ken Markham and secretary and skeet shoot chairman Don Sickmon expressed their appreciation to each of the 11 four-man teams for their participation and the numerous sponsors who donated to make the event a success.
“Thank you for participating and helping our sight conservation projects,” Markham said.
“I thought the participants, sponsors and Lions members all had a great time,” Sickmon added. “The whole day couldn’t have gone better.”
