Jonathan Salters, 73, a Bainbridge resident, is being interviewed by a German reporter that was covering the inauguration of President Obama on Jan. 20. Salters, who was also at Martin Luther King’s “I Have A Dream” speech at the Lincoln Memorial in 1963, said President Obama’s election and inauguration “completes the dream.” Salters is married to Maxine, and they have a son, Jeffrey Salters of Bouie, Md., and a daughter, Constance Salters of Atlanta, who is looking at her father being interviewed.
