Howard Bullock

Funeral services for Howard H. Bullock, 68, of Decatur County, were held Saturday, Jan. 23, at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church in Seminole County with the Rev. William Morris officiating.
Interment followed in the church’s cemetery with Mr. Bullock’s nephews—Steve Register, Keith Register, Michael Jones, Willie Register Jr., Leon Alexander and John Johnson—serving as active pallbearers.
Born Aug. 23, 1941, in Seminole County, Mr. Bullock died on Jan. 16, 2010, at Memorial Hospital in Bainbridge.
Mr. Bullock was a graduate of Albany Technical College, majoring in mechanics. He retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers office in Chattahoochee, Fla., after 32 years of service. He was an active member of Galilee M.B. Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Annie Doris Bullock, and two brothers, Willie C. Bullock and Mallist T. Bullock.
Survivors include the mother of his child, Shirley Williams; a son, Howard Bullock of Bainbridge; two sisters, Adrana Bullock of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Brenda Register of Donalsonville, Ga.; three brothers, Evon Bullock of Columbia, Ga., H.B. Bullock of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Ulysee Bullock of Alaska; a special friend, Frank Goodman; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Bruton Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
