I would like to commend the Sheriff’s Department, Public Safety, volunteer firefighters and county fire departments for the outstanding job they did during the services in memory of Phillip Kelly on Monday.

It was very touching to witness such honor and respect shown for his family and in his honor.

The ceremony at the church and the cemetery was absolutely beautiful.

Phillip’s life and his kind deeds have definitely impacted many people.

Thanks to everyone for allowing the community to witness something positive instead of all the negative we see and hear in the news.
