Friday was just too pretty of a day to stay inside. Or at least that was what Ann Dinh Tran and her 26-month-old daughter, Vi, thought. The two decided to play in Willis Park, with Vi playing particular attention to the fish pond and what lurks in the shadows around the pond’s fence. Vi’s father is John Tran, a local dentist. Saturday is expected to be a pretty day as well, but Sunday, storms start moving back in the picture.
