Eula Mae Abbott Woods

Funeral services for Eula Mae Abbott Woods, 83, of Decatur County, Ga., were held Monday, Dec. 20, at Lanier-Andler Funeral Home in Sneads, Fla., with the Rev. Barry Cottle officiating and Mr. Marion Mayo assisted.
Mrs. Woods, a native of Conyers, Ga., had lived in the area since 1964, moving here from Marianna, Fla. She worked as a psychiatric aide with the Florida State Hospital until becoming disabled. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Chattahoochee, Fla.
She loved to entertain and loved fishing in the Chattahoochee River.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Woods White of Bainbridge; her son, William Woods of Stockbridge, Ga.; two brothers, Joe Abbott and Gene Abbott, both of Conyers; a sister, Grace Kiser, of Conyers; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; two dear friends, Andrew Simpler and Stephen E. McKendree; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Lanier-Andler Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
