Black Men United’s 22nd annual Family and Friends Day will be held Sunday, May 29, in the Earle May Boat Basin. The event will begin at 7 a.m. and continue through 7 p.m. There will be food, music, speakers, games and other family activities, event co-organizer James Lodman Sr. said. Music will be provided by DJ Big Tonk from Cairo, Ga. Although admission is free, donations to help offset the organizers’ cost to hold the event will be accepted.
