Let the government live like I do

I’m writing to you to ask you what you think of the checks of the government being stopped, and what effect it might have on you as a person, business and other things you use every day.
If we don’t do anything to stop this, many people will be out on the streets—the old, the young and families.
Think on this. If you have someone who is in a nursing home and that person gets a check each month to pay for being cared for by the nursing home and then the check stops because of the government, who is to care for that person and the millions like him or her? Then, there are the people who run the nursing home. They are out that money, and there are the people who work at said nursing home, more than half are without work.
That is only one thing that will be affected. There are many others—small businesses, big businesses, towns, cities, almost everyplace—will be effected in one way or another.
If we, the people, don’t stand up and say something, then we’re saying that we agree with what is being done in our name.
I say let those who we voted for live as I do. Let them live on $674 a month and see how it is.
Let them take the money out of their pockets, or better yet, let them live out on the streets for six months to a year and then tell us how it feels.
There are other ways to do things, so think before you act.
If you think what I’ve said is right, then write to them and tell them so.
