Learn how to use Microsoft Excel

Join us at the Decatur County-Gilbert H. Gragg Library on Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, at 10 a.m. to learn about Microsoft Excel 2007.
During this class, attendees will learn how to create a workbook, insert text, and work with formulas and formatting. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word is required before enrolling in this class. This January, we celebrate Louis Braille’s birthday and Braille Awareness Month.
Louis Braille (1809-1852) is known for developing the six cell dot system that allows blind individuals access to a wide range of reading materials. Louis Braille changed the world of reading and writing forever when he developed the six cell dot system.
The Southwest Georgia Library for Accessible Services has the ability to translate materials into Braille for individuals who need it. Monroe St. in Bainbridge, to learn more about Louis Braille and pick up a goodie bag filled with bookmarks, Braille information, and much more.
