Zachory, Preston, Jacob and Katherine would like to announce the engagement of their mother, Lashia L. Hutto to Jeffery Givens.

Ms. Hutto is the daughter of Diane and Mark Clinton of Colquitt, Ga., and Tony and Loyce Hutto of Bainbridge.

She is the granddaughter of Nelson and Louise Chambliss of Colquitt and Bryan and Maxine McMillan of Donalsonville, Ga., and of the late J.T. Hutto, and Joyce and John Stewart.

Ms. Hutto attends Bainbridge College, where she is pursuing a degree as a registered nurse.

Mr. Givens is the son of Oscar “JR” and Rose Givens of Brinson, and the grandson of the late Clayton and Mattie Givens and James and Martha Owens.

The groom-to-be is employed at Rentz Irrigation and he has one son, Zachery Givens.

The wedding will take place on June 23. Invitations will be sent to family and friends, notifying them of the location and time.
