Members’ art show opens

Local artists were excited to display their work Thursday night, at the artists reception for the Annual Bainbridge-Decatur County Council for the Arts’ member show. The reception was held at the Firehouse Gallery, and the show will remain on display until Sunday, Jan. 27. The public can visit the gallery Saturday, Jan. 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Sunday, Jan. 20, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.; Friday, Jan. 25, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.; Saturday, Jan. 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; or Sunday, Jan. 27, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Local artist Diane Ivey proudly shows the portrait she painted of Tyler Godwin, son of Lee and Tammi Godwin. The portrait is in the current show of local artists on display at the Firehouse Gallery.
