Keep Decatur County Beautiful, the Decatur County Extension Service and the Georgia Forestry Commission will celebrate Arbor Day in Decatur County on Friday, Feb. 15. A ceremony and tree planting will be held Friday at 9 a.m. at West Bainbridge Elementary School on Zorn Road at 9 a.m. Another tree planting, in conjunction with the Decatur County 4-H Club, will take place at the Decatur County Fairgrounds off Vada Road on Friday at 3:30 p.m. The public is invited to both events.
