The family of Frankie Cliett Gordon (“Frannie,” to her grandchildren) regrets to inform you that she entered into rest early Friday morning, March 1, 2013, at Bainbridge Memorial Hospital. She was 54 years old.

A resident of Bainbridge, Frankie was originally from Lake Seminole. She graduated from Seminole County High School in 1976. An avid lover of antiques and collectibles, she was the former owner of The Dusty Rose in Bainbridge. She also worked for the state of Florida for 17 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow Cliett of Lake Seminole and Lorene Burke Lollie of Tallahassee.

Survivors include three daughters, Anna Alday Kearns of Bainbridge, Jessica Erin Gordon of Bainbridge and Kacie Danielle Gordon of Valdosta, Ga.; her son-in-law Bryan Kearns; two grandchildren, Raelyn and Caden Kearns; her brother and sister-in-law David and Debra Cliett; a special aunt Eunice Cliett Braswell; a special uncle and aunt, Ray and Hazel Burke; three nephews, Todd Cliett, Bryon Cliett and Kelly Jarrell, as well as several great nieces and nephews and cousins; also two special friends, Michael Wesley and Dreco Bryant.

The family is receiving guests at the home of Frankie Gordon in Bainbridge during the week.

A memorial service is being held Saturday, March 9, at 3 p.m. at Brinson Cemetery.

Evans-Skipper Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
