The Downtown Development Authority of Bainbridge and the Bainbridge-Decatur County Arts Council are partnering together to have an “Art & Wine Walk” through downtown Bainbridge, in May.
Advance tickets will be $20 and $25 the day of registration. Registration will take place at the Firehouse Gallery on Saturday, May 18, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Various downtown merchants will be displaying artwork from local artists, along with a sampling of wine and appetizers. The first 75 registrants will receive a commemorative wine glass for the tour.
Tickets are now available at the Downtown Development Authority office (City Hall) at 127 E. Water St., the Welcome Center and at participating merchants.
Organizers also encourage children 12 and under to attend and receive a kids pass. The card must be turned in by 3 p.m. at the gazebo in Willis Park. All completed cards will be placed into a drawing for a free art kit donated by the Bainbridge-Decatur County Arts Council — must be present to win.
