• The New Jerusalem Church of God in Christ, located at 652 Wautauga Road, Attapulgus, will have a special worship service at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Kevin Hughes and the Divine Grace Ministry in charge.
• Highway Free Will Baptist Church, located on U.S. Highway 84 West, in Brinson, will hold a homecoming, beginning at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. S.E. Newberry as the speaker. Lunch will be served at noon and singing with the Harper Trio will begin at 1:30 p.m.

• Bethany Baptist Church, located at 219 Bethany Church Road, will begin Vacation Bible School on the theme of “Walking on the Water,” nightly through the 13th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A meal will be served Sunday through Wednesday, and a light snack at the meet and greet following the Thursday program.
• Second Elizabeth M.B. Church, located at 2718 Attapulgus Hwy., Quincy, will have its youth ministry celebrate the 21st anniversary at 11 a.m. with Evangelist Melissa Harrison of Attapulgus, followed by a 3 p.m. service with Rev. Nathaniel Nicholson and the St. Thomas Youth Ministry of Attapulgus and St. Rosa P.B. Church of Tallahassee.
