This past week, the City of Bainbridge hosted the Southern Georgia USTA League Tennis State Championship at the Bill Reynolds Tennis Center.
There were more than 350 male and female tennis players from across the state of Georgia, and more than 100 others who volunteered, supported and watched this four-day event! Tennis Center Director, Tim Thompson and his staff did a remarkable job in getting this event well-organized and well-attended.
The Aquatic Center is offering Swimming Lessons. Session Two will begin June 17 and run through June 28. The session runs Monday thru Friday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Swim lessons are offered to children age 2 to 17 years old. Lessons cost $35 per child. Don’t forget Thursday Night Family Night at the Aquatic Center! The pool will have extended hours on that night until 9 p.m. Children 10 and under get in free when accompanied by parent or guardian (limit three children per adult).
