A celebration of life services for Mr. Roosevelt Phillips 67 of Albany, Ga will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday February 28, 2016 at First Monumental Faith Ministries 1506 Radium Springs Rd. Albany, Ga. Visitation will be Saturday February 27, 2016 from 10 a.m.- 8 p.m. at MLK Memorial Chapels 1908 MLK Jr Dr. Albany, Ga. Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at MLK Memorial Chapels.
