Miss Brooks to wed Mr. Johnson
Brittany Michelle Brooks, daughter of Thomas D. Clark Jr. and Maria Clark of Bainbridge, Ga. and Ricky Hiram Johnson II, son of Rickey Johnson of Macon, Ga. and Debra Johnson of Cordele, Ga., are announcing their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Douglas and Ossie Thompson of
Bainbridge, Thomas D. Clark Sr. of Brinson, Ga., Tommy and Betty Anderson of Dublin, Ga. and the late Rev. Edward Jackson of Austin, Texas.
Miss Brooks is a 2008 honor graduate of Bainbridge High School and a 2012 graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing. She is employed as a Registered Nurse in Oncology at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.
The groom-to-be is the grandson of the late Peter Bell of Grovetown, Ga., the late Daisy Mae Grant of Jacksonville, Florida and the late Robert and Inez Johnson, both of Augusta, Ga.
Mr. Johnson is a 2002 graduate of Crisp County High School and a 2013 graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in History. He is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Marketing Management and is employed as a Marketing Analyst with Verizon Wireless.
‘The wedding is planned for April 29, 2017, in Woodstock, Georgia. Invitations will be sent.
