Miss Merritt to wed Mr. Conner

Jessica Elaine Merritt and Brandon Lee Conner, both of Bainbridge, are announcing their engagement to marry. Miss Merritt is the daughter of Robin Davis-Jones, and Edwin and Debbie Merritt; and Brandon Conner is the son of Mickey and Lori Conner.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Sue Davis and the late Lloyd Davis, the late Edward and Helen Merritt and the late Gene and Cennette Alday.

Miss Merritt graduated from Bainbridge High School in 2009 and from Bainbridge State College in 2012, with a major in criminal justice. She is employed as a probation officer.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of the late Bud and Joyce Conner and Maxine Green and the late Lavon Green.

Mr. Conner is a 2010 graduate of Bainbridge High School. He is currently attending Full Sail University majoring in computer animation, with an expected graduation date in 2019.
