Local pediatrician, Dr. Mary Beth Smith will be the guest speaker for the 2018 Women in The Workforce Luncheon sponsored by First National Bank.

“As women, we all have a story and sharing that story is so empowering,” said First National Bank VP of Retail & Marketing Lorenda S. Smith. “Mary Beth is not only a great doctor, she is a wonderful mother, daughter, wife and friend. I know everyone will be blessed by her.”

Dr. Mary Beth Smith is a pediatrician at Memorial Pediatrics. She is a Bainbridge native and graduate of Grace Christian Academy. She then attended the University of Georgia where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology before pursuing her medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia. She, then, spent 3 years at Greenville Heath System in Greenville, SC completing her pediatric residency. After graduation from residency, Mary Beth and her husband, Taylor, returned to Bainbridge. She is the mother of three beautiful girls. She is an active member of Grace Church. Mary Beth enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travel, working on home improvement or craft projects, and spending time in the community.
