Kaylee Maxwell to wed Bowen Kendrick on Nov. 9

Kaylee Elizabeth Maxwell and James Bowen Kendrick, III are getting married. Their friendship began on the playground when they were pre-school students at Wester’s Kiddie College in Bainbridge. Over a span of almost 25 years that friendship blossomed, grew stronger and became a love of a lifetime relationship.
Kaylee is the daughter of David Maxwell of Donalsonville and Holly W. Maxwell of Tallahassee. She is the granddaughter of the late Leonard and Elizabeth Maxwell of Grady County and the late Joe and Patricia Wilkin of Colquitt.
A graduate of Bainbridge High School she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Georgia. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Bowen is the son of David and Rhonda Kendrick of Bainbridge. He is the grandson of James Bowen Kendrick, Jr. and Anita Kendrick of Decatur County and Abby Williams and the late Byron Williams of Bainbridge.
A graduate of Bainbridge High School, Bowen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Mercer School of Law.
Kaylee is employed as an attorney with the Coweta Judicial Circuit in Newnan, Georgia. Bowen is employed as an attorney with the law firm of Hartley, Rowe and Fowler in Douglasville.
After a November 9th private ceremony with family and friends, the couple will live in the Douglasville/ Newnan area.
