A Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Wilmer Phillips will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. at Saint Thomas Missionary Baptist Church,198 Edwards Road, Bainbridge, Georgia with Pastor Willie Smiley, Officiating. Interment will follow in New Messiah Church Cemetery. Care and direction entrusted to Collins Family Mortuary.
