The Chamber of Commerce recently re-started their Business of the Month Program and proudly announced that July’s Business of the Month is Parker Paint.

Parker Paint’s main goal is to have customers come in and be treated like they are family.

Owner, Brian Parker is no stranger to the painting world; his father was the manager of a Sherwin- Williams painting store and when he returned from college, he jumped right back into the painting business. Parker said what sets them apart is the fact that Parker Paint offers custom color matching.

“We can make any color you want,” he said. “It doesn’t matter what brand you pick the color from we can make it.”

The store also strives to match the paint color to whatever product a customer may have. Parker said they match curtains, chairs and even stains to make sure customers have quality products.

In addition to paint colors, Parker Paint also sells flooring. Parker said they have seen a major increase in the sales of flooring the past five years, which is something they hope to continue doing.

Parker wants anyone to be able to come in and know the store will do their best to make their home look and feel like new.

“We want you to feel like family,” Parker finished.

Parker Paint now has their Business of the Month sign posted in front of the store, and customers can view a video about their services on the Chamber of Commerce website. While visiting the website, people can nominate other local businesses who they think are deserving of the Business of the Month title.
