Graveside funeral services for Vickie Lynn Cook, 55, of Bainbridge, Ga., are on Thursday, February 11, 2021, in Greenwood Cemetery, Cairo, Ga. Rev. David Grubbs will officiate. Ms. Cook passed away at her home on Monday, February 8, 2021.

Ms. Cook was born on November 15, 1965, in Donalsonville, Ga., to the late Leroy West and Julia Vickers West. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include: her companion, Jorge Leyva of Bainbridge; children, William Cook (Jamie) of Bainbridge, Carlton Cook, Jr. (Raven) of Bainbridge, Ryan Cook (Jazmine) of Bainbridge, Brandon Leyva of Cairo, Ga., Jorge Leyva, Jr. of Cairo; granddaughter, Harleigh Cook of Bainbridge; sisters, Tammy Nazworth (Mike) of Thomasville, Ga, Judy Rogers (Eddie) of Cairo, Becky Merritt (Johnny) of Cairo; brother, Tim West (Sharon) of Bainbridge; and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a nephew, Thomas West.
