Mr. Roy Cecil Phillips of Colquitt died Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at Southeast Health. Graveside funeral services were Thursday, June 3, 2021, at 10:00 AM at Whites Bridge Cemetery with Rev. Larry Harrell officiating.

Mr. Phillips was of the Baptist faith and was a farmer.

He is survived by one son, Levi (Shea) Phillips of Colquitt; one daughter, Angela (James) Hurst of Thomasville, Ga.; four grandchildren, Bridget Peterson, Preston Hurst, Anna-Marie Hurst and Piper Hurst; one brother, Johnny (Kathy) Phillips of Georgetown, Ga.; and two sisters, Jane Campbell of Bainbridge, Ga., and Juanita Wilder of Bainbridge. Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his parents, John and Ellen Cook Phillips, and one brother, Earl Phillips.
