Mrs Elizabeth Payne of Colquitt died Saturday, August 14, 2021, at Donalsonville Hospital. A private family service will be held.

Elizabeth graduated from Bainbridge High School in 2002. She worked as a ward clerk at Bainbridge Memorial Hospital, a Para-pro at Jones Wheat and Potter Street Schools, a pharmacy tech at Miller County Hospital and Grow Drugs, and was currently a Insurance tracer at Donalsonville Hospital. She loved spending time with her husband and children. Together they enjoyed fishing, camping and the beach.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen Payne of Colquitt; three children, Stephen Payne Jr., Jenita R, Payne and Eli J Payne all of Colquitt; mother and stepfather, Brenda and Randy Johnson of Bainbridge; aunt, Glenda McCalvin of Tallahassee; cousins, Becky and Dana McCalvin of Tallahassee; mother and father-in-law, Debra and Kim Cleveland of Colquitt; brother and sister-in-law, Blake and Amanda Kirkland of Dothan. Preceded in death by her father Norman Braswell and grandmother Joyce Wade.
