To honor over three decades of a dedicated professional career and generous supporter of other small businesses in Decatur County, friends of Linda G. McCullers have established a scholarship at Bainbridge High to encourage young entrepreneurs in the field of cosmetology or as small business owners to reach their goals in our community. The scholarship will be awarded in May to a senior planning to enroll in college after graduation.

Linda mentored many successful cosmetologists in her business, Hair Shapers, through Bainbridge High’s apprenticeship program and through the cosmetology program at Southern Regional Technical College. She was passionate about her work, had an extraordinary work ethic, and took great pleasure in making her clients happy. Through the gift of this scholarship, her family and friends hope to honor her enthusiasm for life and her love of the work that her hands found to do.
