James Ronnie Harrell, 80, of Vada, Ga., passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2022.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Bryant Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Conrad Salter officiating. A private interment will be held at New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.

James Ronnie Harrell was born May 23, 1941, the son of Levy Sr. and Christine Sellers Harrell. He was a graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School. Ronnie married Jan White, and they made their home in Mt. Pleasant community. He was a partner in Harrell Equipment until his retirement.
Ronnie was a simple man with a small circle of friends. He tended to avoid large crowds and was content doing his own thing his own way. Ronnie enjoyed traveling, fishing, and hunting. He was Baptist by faith.
Survivors include his children, Ron (Cindy) Harrell of Hopeful, Randy (Christy) Harrell of Mt. Pleasant, and Jana Harrell of Bainbridge; his grandchildren, Dylan, Landon, and McKale; his siblings, Levy Harrell, Jr., Bobby Jack (Brenda) Harrell, and Hugh (Dawn) Harrell; and a host of extended family. In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by his wife, Jan White Harrell, and his brother, Gary Harrell.
