Ysbeila Guillermina Perez Blanchard, age 56, passed away early on Friday, May 27, 2022, surrounded by her family in Climax, Georgia. Services for Mrs. Blanchard were held graveside at Pisgah Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, 10:00 a.m., Sunday, May 29.
Ysbeila was born June 25, 1966, in Calabozo, Venezuela, to Pedro Pinto and Edicta Perez Pinto. She is a member of the Seven Day Adventist Church, Spanish congregation, in Cairo, Georgia. Ysbeila loved doing missionary work for her church. She was described as an articulate, friendly person. A powerful woman, who loved her God. She enjoyed gardening and was a wonderful cook. Ysbeila’s heart was her family. She was a dedicated wife and mother. She excelled as a homemaker. Ysbeila Blanchard will be deeply missed by her family and many, many friends.
Ysbeila is survived by her husband of 31 years, Smith Blanchard; children, Stephen, Sarah, and Samuel Blanchard; father, Pedro Pinto; and siblings, Ingrid Leslie, Nelson Leslie, Obdulia Perez, Dervis Perez, Carlos Andres Perez, Domingo Perez Torres, Javier Perez Torres, Morelia Pinto, Antonio Perez Torres, Owaldo Pinto, Nora Pinto, Pedro Pinto, and Bernardo Pinto; brother-in-law, Arounx Blanchard; sisters-in-law, Lorna Dautruche and Junie Voltaire; many nieces and nephews; accompanied day and night by special friends, Marisela Rodriguez and Ana Magnuson; and many, many close friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Edicta and brother, Pedro Perez.
