FORT PIERCE, Fla., – A-1 Global Holdings, Inc., a leading manufacturer of pre–engineered building components, is excited to announce the appointment of Cindy Aptheker, Esq., SHRM-CP, as the Director of Human Resources. Cindy brings over 17 years of extensive experience in human resources within the construction industry and a strong background in risk management, safety, and legal aspects.

In her new role, Cindy will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and oversee the operations of the Human Resources Department, focusing on strategic HR planning, employee relations, and organizational development to support A-1’s growing workforce. Her appointment is vital to A-1’s commitment to fostering a positive and dynamic workplace culture.

Cindy holds a law degree and is a certified professional in human resources. Her career includes a significant tenure at The Donaldson Organization, where she served as Executive Counsel/Human Resources. Her expertise in legal compliance, employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives has been recognized in the industry.
