Ms. Brooke Clinkscales of Bainbridge, Georgia, is pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Sydney Alexa Thompson, to Eli Zachery Henderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Henderson of Georgetown, Georgia. 

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Donald and Sally Thompson and Chris and Kathy Williams all of Blakely. Ms. Thompson is a 2021 graduate of the University of Georgia and a 2024 graduate of Mercer University School of Law. She is set to begin her legal career as a judicial clerk in the federal courts later this year. 

Mr. Henderson is the grandson of Byron and Anne Henderson and Jimmy and Patsy Collins all of Albany. He is a 2016 graduate of Southwest Georgia Academy and is involved in the agricultural industry through his family’s farming operations. 

The couple are planning a winter wedding to take place in December of this year after which the couple will reside in Albany.
