The Grace Christian Academy Cougars braved the rain and drear last Friday night, facing off against Vidalia Heritage Academy. Vidalia quickly took the lead in the first quarter, scoring 16 points after two rushing touchdowns and making both two-point passes. However, the Cougars began making a comeback in the second quarter, scoring 6 points. They kept that momentum going after halftime with another touchdown and successful two-point conversion, bringing the score to 16-14.

Unfortunately, the Cougars were unable to score the points necessary for the win, but the team’s defense held the line firm against Vidalia to the end of the game.

The Cougar’s next game will be an away game against Citizens Christian Academy, with kick-off at 7:30 PM this Friday.
