Becky Renee Grubbs Joiner, age 62, passed away early on Sunday, September 22, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. A graveside service will be held at the Nazarene Church Cemetery, Highway 27 north, Tuesday, September 24, 11:00 am.  Rev. Raleigh Furney and Rev. David Grubbs will officiate.

     Becky Renee Grubbs was born March 28, 1962, in Bainbridge, Georgia, to Marian Eugene Grubbs and Lennis Vivian Hathaway Grubbs, She grew up in a loving family with 5 siblings and graduated from Bainbridge High School.  Becky loved fishing, going to the beach, anything outside.   Her heart was her family.  She was a feisty but very loving mother and grandmother.  Becky’s grandchildren were so very special to her, and they loved their Memaw.  The highlight of her week was going out to eat with her Olivia.  Becky fought a long fight and valiant fight with cancer.  Her battle is won.

     Becky Joiner is survived by her parents, Marian Eugene Grubbs and Lennis Vivian Hathaway Grubbs of Colquitt, Georgia; children, Candace Steiner of Saraland, Alabama and Jonathan Joiner (Brittany) of Bainbridge; siblings, Mary Ellen Still (Johnny), Ricky Grubbs, Bud Grubbs, Roger Grubbs, Wink Grubbs (Angie); grandchildren, Rylie Williams, Cohen Williams, and Olivia Joiner; her companion, Lent Jones; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
