Saturday morning, The Firehouse Arts Center held this year’s Bizare Bazaar.

Mary Alice Long, Gallery Assistant and Art Educator, and Chelsea Kornse, Administrative Director, coordinated the event. The Bizarre Bazaar is an artisan market where people sell various forms of their artwork. The event “was meant to attract imaginative people. So many artists are making ornaments with whatever they create. If they’re woodworkers, they might make wood jewelry or ornaments or anything like that. So, they all have a unique element or material that they create,” Mary Alice explained. There were many applicants with outdoor and indoor booths. Many people came out and set up their booths. Anyone was welcome to attend the event.
