Tuesday afternoon, Aurora Medical Care hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony at its location on 832 E Shotwell Street, marking its official introduction to the Bainbridge community. Open since last December, Aurora Medical Care is a primary care clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services.
Family Nurse Practitioners Angie Tyus, Beth Hollis, and Jan Floyd expressed their excitement about offering quality care and support to local patients. Karen Tobin, Chamber President, praised their efforts, stating, “These ladies have done an amazing job. The building is beautiful based on what you all have done with it. The medical industry takes special people to occupy its walls. We thank you for bringing the clinic to Bainbridge.”
Hollis also shared her gratitude for the community’s response, saying, “We appreciate all the support from the community and patients. It’s been wonderful, and we are looking forward to continuing to serve Bainbridge.”
The event concluded with refreshments and snacks, giving attendees an opportunity to celebrate the clinic’s success. With the ribbon officially cut, Aurora Medical Care is ready and available to meet the healthcare needs of Bainbridge residents.
