Bainbridge, GA – There’s no place like Bainbridge Little Theatre this spring! Join us as we journey over the rainbow with The Wizard of Oz, a production that brings nostalgic magic to life while adding a fresh, comical spin audiences won’t expect.

Running May 1–5 and May 9–11 — just in time for Mother’s Day weekend — performances will be held Thursday through Saturday at 7:00 PM and Sundays at 2:30 PM. 

Directed by Josh Apke with musical direction by Christina Baker, this production offers all the beauty of the beloved classic with stunning sets, timeless songs, and vibrant, playful costumes — but with a few surprises along the way. Special effects add an extra layer of enchantment, making it an unforgettable experience for audiences of all ages.

“This show is a true celebration of creativity and community,” said Director Josh Apke. “I wanted to make sure we honored the classic while also letting our community’s skills and talents shine through. We couldn’t have done this without our volunteers.”
