Blown glass artist, Kenneth Marine, will be in Bainbridge for a public showing in the Firehouse Gallery’s Callahan Room on Wednesday, Feb. 9, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A private preview showing was held on Tuesday evening by the June H. Faircloth family to benefit the DRF1 Duke T.I.P. Scholarship Fund. A percentage of all sales will go to the scholarship fund and will be matched by the Richard and Linda Monson family. Attendance of small children is discouraged, as curious hands and fragile glass do not mix.
