Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Mann, of Bainbridge, announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebekah Elaine Mann, of Thomasville, Ga., to Peter Giambroni, also of Thomasville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Mann of Bainbridge and the late Mr. and Mrs. T.E. Weathersby, formerly of Bainbridge.

Miss Mann graduated from Georgia College & State University, in Milledgeville, Ga., with a bachelor of arts degree in mass communication. She is employed as the assistant marketing director at Flowers Automotive group in Thomasville.

The groom-to-be is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Pietro Giambroni of Miami, Fla. He is the grandson of Mrs. Olga Giambroni of Miami and the late Mr. Pietro Giambroni and Mrs. Consuelo Fernandez of Hialeah, Fla., and the late Mr. Luis Fernandez.

He graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor of arts degree in history and a minor in classics. He is employed with Verizon of Thomasville.

The wedding is planned for Dec. 1, at 6 p.m., at the First Christian Church of Bainbridge. The reception will follow at the Kirbo Center.
